We want you to love your markers. If you're not happy, here's how returns work.

What can be returned

Signature Series, Collector Series and Garden Series markers and plates can be returned within 30 days of shipment for any reason. Items should be unused and in their original condition.

What can't be returned

Custom or engraved items, including custom engraved labels, can't be returned because they're made just for you.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping, unless we made a mistake on your order or the product is defective. Then we'll cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method. If a product is defective, you can choose a refund or a replacement.
